Auto-Pilot lets Business-tier users schedule recurring video uploads. Set a niche, days of week, time of day, and the bot creates + uploads a video to your YouTube channel automatically on schedule. Up to 3 schedules per account, 5 days/week each. See /auto-pilot.

Each of the 10 built-in characters has a strict locked prompt (gender, age, hair, outfit, etc.). If the generated character looks different, you likely selected a different number than you remember. Each character has a description tooltip on the picker. You can also describe your own character or upload a real photo and pick an art style (Cartoon, 3D, Anime, Comic, Realistic, Pixel) to transform it.

A 1.5-minute Short typically takes 3-5 minutes end-to-end:
• Script: ~15s  •  Images (8-12 scenes): ~30-90s  •  Voiceover: ~10-20s
• Render: ~30-60s  •  Title/description: ~15s
Longer videos (3-5 min) take 6-10 min. If anything looks stuck, the watchdog will surface a clear error after 4 min.

Ken Burns Zoom is a slow zoom/pan applied to each image so static scenes feel cinematic. Toggle OFF on the Style step if you want completely still frames.

Yes — that's Video Remake, its own tool in the sidebar (separate from Custom Video). Paste a YouTube link, upload a clip, or pick one from your own gallery — the AI watches it, understands the topic and structure, then writes a brand-new script inspired by it (never a word-for-word copy — that's a copyright risk and would defeat the point). You still choose your own character, art style, and clips-vs-images afterward.

On Ghost Creator and Auto-Pilot you choose: auto-upload on, or just generate and review later. Privacy defaults to public; you can set unlisted/private. Uploads cost 5 credits on Free/Starter, free on Pro/Business. Once connected, everything about the channel itself — reviewing uploaded videos, regenerating parts of one, growth tools — lives in Channel Studio, which has its own dedicated Help.

Every action (creating a video, generating a script-only, analyzing a channel) deducts credits. Costs: 20 cr for 1-min video • 28 cr for 1.5-min • 35 cr for 2-min • 50 cr for 3-min • 80 cr for 5+ min. Credits are refunded automatically if a generation fails.

Credits renew on the anniversary day of your purchase. If you subscribed on the 23rd, you get fresh credits on the 23rd of every month — not the 1st.

Go to Pricing. Upgrading takes effect immediately; the new plan's credits are granted right away. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, go to Billing & Account → Cancel Subscription.

We refund failed generations automatically (credits returned in seconds). For full subscription refunds contact support@video-creation-ai.com within 7 days of charge — we'll process pro-rated refunds case by case.

Email is linked to your Google sign-in and can't be changed from inside the app. To use a different email, sign out and sign in with the other Google account. To delete your current account: Profile → Delete Account (irreversible).

Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your videos, projects, transactions, and OAuth tokens. Cloud-stored video files in our R2 bucket are deleted within 24h.

Use the 🌐 language picker at the top-right. We currently support English, עברית, Español, Русский, العربية, Français.

Yes — every page is responsive. That said, video creation is best on desktop where you can review the result on a larger screen. Mobile is great for monitoring Auto-Pilot or browsing your gallery.
