My video bot stopped halfway — what now?
Open the same draft from Projects and press the failed step again. Credits are only deducted when the final video assembles successfully, so retries are free. If it still fails, email us the project name.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — anytime, from Billing & Account. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do credits expire?
Yes. All credits — whether from a plan or a one-time top-up — are valid for 30 days from the day you receive them. They don't roll over or stack, so use them before they expire.
Who owns the videos I make?
You do. The script, voice, scenes and final video are yours to publish anywhere. See Terms for full details.
